Background:

I've had the privilege of working in the Education, Pharmaceutical, Consumer, and Medical Device industries.

My interest in quality and manufacturing began during a university summer internship with the Quality department at General Electric.

Returning to my studies in the Fall, I read all I could about Deming, Juran, Shewhart, statistics, TQC, SPC, ISO-9001, etc.

In my career, I've been privileged to work with great people in R&D, regulatory, quality assurance, QC, accounting, operations, marketing, maintenance, project management, and many other areas, for which I will always be grateful.

If you're like me and believe knowledge is power, you've come to the right place!

If you've made it this far, I encourage you to check out the Blog and feel free to reach out via the Contact page.

All the best, William.
