  • Commercialized over 12 new medical device and consumer products using Project Management principles and practices.

  • Accelerated growth by designing & deploying robust manufacturing processes for 9 new products.

  • Assured compliance by performing or coordinating numerous process validations and revamping validation processes.

  • Doubled labor efficiency through implementation of a robotic manufacturing cell.

  • Improved student learning by creating & presenting college courses in electronics, robotics, microprocessors, electromechanical systems, etc.

Background:

 

I've had the privilege of working in the Education, Pharmaceutical, Consumer, and Medical Device industries.

 

My interest in quality and manufacturing began during a university summer internship with the Quality department at General Electric.

 

Returning to my studies in the Fall, I read all I could about Deming, Juran, Shewhart, statistics, TQC, SPC, ISO-9001, etc.

 

In my career, I've been privileged to work with great people in R&D, regulatory, quality assurance, QC, accounting, operations, marketing, maintenance, project management, and many other areas, for which I will always be grateful.
